What is the best way to store a list of golf league members by name and addresses?
The best way to store data in Excel is to have each person's name and address information on the same row.
Label each column heading with the name of the field:

A |
B |
C |
D |
E |
F |
G |
|
| 1 | First Name | Last Name | Address | City | State | Zip | Etc... |
| 2 |
Doing things this way allows you to use the information as a database for mail merges, sorts, and others useful functions.
